Back Pain Case History

The Back Pain Case History will be available here soon.

It tells the story of a young woman who suffered from persistent back pain that continued day after day for many months. After reading about the Alexander Technique Back Pain Study in a 2008 newspaper article, her boyfriend suggested she try it, and I happened to be the nearest teacher.

What followed was quite remarkable. Her determination to overcome her pain led her to deep changes in her body, her work, and her life. She’s now married to that same boyfriend, and they have a little daughter. She wakes each day thankful to be pain-free.
